American artist, author and co-founder of Sturm, Ruger firearms. He designed the famous "Red Hawk" design and on his death from hepatitis, Bill RUGER changed the design to a Black Hawk.

Services Thursday afternoon, Nov. 15 at 2:30 o'clock at Christ's and Holy Trinity Church, Westport, CT.
