Note that Martha's headstone birth year is off by 3 (or possibly 4) years; she appears in the 1880 Census at the age of 11 and her birth was given as May 1870 in the 1900 Census.

She was the second born child of Franz Nimz and Wilhelmine Ueker.

Martha and her siblings grew up in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin and by the time of the 1900 Census, she is seen living in Milwaukee with two of them. She married Andrew Enterlee there on 3 Aug 1901. They had no known children.
