Barcus Naomi E, 75, of Churubusco, died Wednesday in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was born Oct. 14, 1918 in Adams County to Homer and Cora (Strahm) McKean. On June 21, 1941 in Alexandria, she married Victor D. Barcus. She was a member of Churubusco United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband; a son, Steven of Fort Wayne; 2 daughters, Mrs. William (Sue) Bennett and Mrs. Kevin (Beth) Leitch of Churubusco; 2 sisters, Sylvia Bonecutter of Kendallville and Mrs. Merton (Genevieve) DeWitt of Corunna; and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, a grandchild, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Funeral Saturday in Churubusco United Methodist Church. Burial, Christian Chapel Cemetery.
