Jack Carman Rich, 68 of Salt Lake City, died April 12, 2008 at the Utah State Veterans Nursing Home in the University Village area of Salt Lake City. He was born August 14, 1939 in Salt Lake City to Charles C. and Bernice Buccambuso Rich. He served in the U. S. Navy.
Jack is survived by three brothers and sisters, Rose Rich Jones; Charles (Shirley) Rich; and Lillian (Bill) Mitchell; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 12 Noon at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 4th Avenue and T Street. A Vigil Service will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Neil O'Donnell and Sons Mortuary, 372 East 100 South, where Friends may call from 6-7 p.m.
