She was a homemaker and moved to Wooster in 1998, from Conroe, Texas. She was an avid reader and enjoyed flowers.
Surviving are a daughter, Barbara (William) Pearce of Wooster; stepdaughters, Patricia Leeth and Deborah Gillespie, both of Florida; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brothers, Clyde King of Oneonta, N.Y., and Ivan King of Sacramento, Calif.
