Funeral services for Bob Saenz of Riverton will be Saturday, Nov 2, at 2 p.m. from the Davis Funeral Home of Riverton. The Rev. Earl Detwiler will officiate and burial will be at Mountain View Cemetery in Riverton.
Viewing is Saturday, from 1-2 p.m., at the funeral home.
Mr. Saenz died Monday, Oct 28, 2002, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. He was 61 years old.
Robert Benjamin Saenz was born June 14, 1941, in Rapid City, SD, the son of Marcello and Dora (Briones) Saenz.
He moved to Riverton from Rapid City in 1962.
Mr. Saenz worked as a body and fender man having worked for McDonald's Body Shop for about 10 years, for Chopping's for 10 years, for Fritz's Autobody for about 10 years, and for Intermountain Electric for six to seven years, He retired two years ago.
His family said Mr Saenz liked to trade merchandise, enjoyed hunting deer, elk, and antelope and liked the outdoors.
Survivors include a daughter Thomasa "Tommie" Saenz-Craddock of Las Vegas, Nev; two grandchildren; brothers Rueben Saenz and Joe Saenz, both of Rapid City; and sisters Marcie Saenz of Grover, Colo and Betty Saenz of Englewood, Colo.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Able Saenz.
Arrangements are by the Davis Funeral Home of Riverton.
