Final rites for Mrs. Alameda Gomer, 73 years old, were held at the Wiggins cemetery at 3 p.m. Sunday. The Reverend Ridgeway, Methodist pastor, conduced the rites which were followed by interment in that cemetery.
Mrs. Gomer died at the family residence near Wiggins at 4 a.m. Sunday, after a long illness.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. M.J. Bond of Wiggins, and Mrs. S.E. Moak, Perkinston; two brothers, Lige Cooper of Lucedale, and Tom Cooper, Collins.
