Lifelong Alaska resident Cheryl Beth Cline, 32, died Oct. 5 in Nome as a result of a vehicle accident with her brother, Raymond Eric Keith. Her brother is still missing. Visitation was held at Chapel of Chimes, 415 Illinois St. in Fairbanks. A funeral followed with burial afterwards at Northern Lights Memorial Park, 2318 Yankovich Road.
Ms. Cline was born April 19, 1962, in Fairbanks. Her family said, "Candy was a loving and outgoing person with many friends throughout the state. She was never happier than when fishing, hunting and camping with her friends and family. She will be missed by all. Ms. Cline was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Cline.
She is survived by her four children, Veronica Cline of Palmer, Hugh Cline of Fairbanks, Tasha and Archie Thompson of Sterling; parents, Lillian and Hugh Keith of Fairbanks; sisters, Lorena Frost of Anchorage and Mary H.K. Fike of Palmer; brother, Robert Keith of Elim; grandmother, Gertrude Keith of Pinebluff, N.C. and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
