Nicholas "Nick" R. Smith, age 62 of Versailles, Ohio passed away on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 1:22 PM at Kettering Medical Center, Miamisburg, Ohio. Born in Piqua, Ohio on March 21, 1960 to the late Norbert & Genevie (Barton) Smith. Nick had worked in construction for many years, and most recently for Scott's Electric. He was an avid Nascar fan, and enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds games. Nick looked forward to trips to Lake Cumberland in the summer and visiting "Jeannie's Place". He will be truly missed. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother Nelson Smith: sister Norma Parin: mother and father-in-laws James (Joan) Thiebeau: brother-in-law Terry Thiebeau.
