Victoria Lee "Vickie" (Boggs) Slaven, daughter of the late Judge Boyd Lee Boggs and Old Reed Boggs was born in Corbin, Kentucky on April 24, 1958. She was united in marriage to Lawrence "Larry" Edward Slaven who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children; Dr. Dustin Boyd Wygant and wife Jennifer of Richmond, Kentucky and Martin G. Wygant and wife Susan of Houston, Texas; by two brothers, Delbert Scott and wife Sherry of Oneida, Tennessee, and Billy Ray Scott of Cincinnati, Ohio.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brandon, Joshua, Tyler Lee, Elise, and Lauren Wygant. In addition to her parents and spouse, she was also preceded in death by five siblings; Patricia Downey, Linda Kay Scott, Bonnie Phillips, Duke Scott, and Connor Scott. She was a retired business manager, and was also a supporter of food pantry ministries, having been the founder of four Food Pantries, which reflected her life motto, "it takes no effort to be kind".

Victoria Lee "Vickie" (Boggs) Slaven departed this life on October 20, 2023 being 65 years, 5 months, and 26 days of age.

Funeral Services for Victoria Lee "Vickie" Slaven will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Brack Whittaker officiating. Burial will follow at Boggs Cemetery. The family of Victoria Lee "Vickie" Slaven will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. Tuesday until the time of service.
