Parker was the son of William Welsh Pusey and Margery Goodpasture Carlock.
Grandson of Abraham W Carlock
Great Grandson of Abraham Carlock, War of 1812
Great Great Grandson of Hanchrist Carlock, Revolutionary War.

He was named after his paternal Grandfather Parker Campbell Pusey.

Parker gave his life defending the country his G Great Grandfather fought to create.

He is remembered still by the Pusey, Carlock and Goodpasture families.
