George was the son of George and Ruth Smith Baker Abbott.

ABBOTT--Suddenly, at Moorestown, N.J., on Twelfth Month, 18th, 1915, George Abbott, in his 67th year. Relatives and friends invited to funeral, Third day, 21st inst., at 3:30 P.M., late residence, 228 East Central Ave., Moorestown, N.J. Carriages will meet train leaving Market St. ferry, 2:40 P.M. Interment private.

George Abbott, a well-known citizen of Moorestown, died at his home on Saturday. He was attacked with indigestion in the morning and had a second attack in the afternoon which resulted fatally in a short time. Mr. Abbott had not been well for some time and his heart has been said as to have been weak. He was well-known all over the state, being intensively engaged in the dairy business.
