Deborah Kay "Debbie" Thomson, daughter of Earl and Lois (West) Eades, was born November 13, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Debbie attended West Chester Elementary School and later graduated from Northwest High School in Cincinnati. Debbie accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior.

On July 8, 1977, Debbie was united in marriage to James "Brad" Thomson in Waynesville, Missouri. They shared over 29 years of marriage together and were blessed with two children: Dawn Michelle and James Jr.

During her working years, Debbie enjoyed working with her husband for many years in their business and later worked at Wal-Mart for five years.

In her spare time, Debbie loved to paint and listen to music. She enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was tending to her plants, flowers or garden or just taking a ride on her Harley. She was a member of the Shrine Wives and the Freedom of the Road Riders Local 28.

Debbie passed away at 11:30 A.M. Saturday, January 27, 2007 at the Phelps County Regional Medical Center of Rolla, Missouri at the age of 50 years, 2 months and 13 days.

Debbie leaves to cherish her memory her husband: James "Brad" Thomson and daughter: Dawn Davis, both of Waynesville; son: James Thomson, Jr. of Laquey; her mother: Lois Eades of Hamilton, OH; sister: Phyllis Herget and her husband James of West Chester, OH; four grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Debbie was preceded in death by her father: Earl Eades in 1998.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 31, 2007 in the Memorial Chapel of Waynesville/St. Robert with Forrest Maxey officiating. The songs "Held", "Simple Man", "All I Can Do Is Write About It" and "When I Get Where I'm Going" were played. Serving as escorts were Don Cullison, Lee Piper, Ed Foote, Tim Ellzey, Dan Deardorff and Joe Curtman. Serving as honorary escorts were Walt Dixon, Jay Weber and Lee Link.

Burial followed in the Sunset Memorial Estates Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Memorial Chapel of Waynesville/St. Robert.
