Richard Drumb was a graduate of Gouverneur High School. He served for 3 1/2 years in the US Navy and spent two years studying at Syracuse University and a half year at Clarkson. He took a job as a truck driver in May of 1955 and was killed 8 weeks later when his tractor-trailer overturned.
