You might remember the Clover Grill Cafe. Erin owned and operated the cafe in Santa Anna, Texas around 1947 to the late 1960's. Some of the people that worked there were Annie Merle Morris (cook), Mrs. Crouger (dishwasher), I remember the cherry cream pies and the chicken fried steak ala carte.
