Custer Veteran Dies.
William David NUGENT, 82, who served as a soldier under General Custer, died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Roll CLARK, northwest of Coffeyville. Mrs. Nugent died thirty-eight years ago. After he was discharged as a member of Company A., Seventh U.S. Cavalry under General Custer, he pioneered in Oklahoma making his home near Cushing. He retired nineteen years ago and had made his home since that time near Coffeyville. Funeral services and burial will take place in Ripley, Okla. Mrs. Clark is the only surviving relative
