Marsha was married to Darrell Case whom she loved. Marsha loved her grandbabies who cherished her, Sawyer Coulter, Kace Coulter, and Thomas Cottle. Marsha also loved her dog, "Sadie", who always accompanied her and her beloved husband to the farm.
Marsha worked for the Morgan County Health Department where she made life long friends and always greeted everyone with a smile.
Marsha was preceded in death by both her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Marsha is survived by her parents, Donald & Drema Lewis Cox; her husband, Darrell Case; two children, Jonathan Cottle and Sara Coulter (Brandon); one step daughter and four step sons; three grandchildren, Sawyer Coulter, Kace Coulter, & Thomas Cottle; several step grandchildren; one brother, Michael Cox (Sara); her mother-in-law, Evaleen Case; a very loving nephew, Ryan Cox; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral service 1 p.m., Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the Potter Funeral Home, with Rev. Jamie Brunk, Bro. Timmy Sargent, and Bro. J.R. Keeton officiating. Burial in the Cox Cemetery, Zag, KY. Visitation from 6-9 p.m., Monday, September 4, 2023 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers: Robby Cox, Billy Fleming, Lonnie Oneal, Brandon Coulter, Ryan Cox, Max Trussel, Curtis Conley, and Anthony Cox.
