Brenda Kaye Humphrey, 61 of Paintsville, KY, passed away September 1, 2023 at her residence. Born March 18, 1962 in McDowell, KY, she was the daughter of Bobby Hoover of Dema, KY and the late Bobbie Jue Johnson Hoover. Brenda was a Registered Nurse and a member of the Pleasant Home Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter: Dr. Jenna (Matthew) Hoover of Bend, OR; brother: Brent Hoover of Dema, KY; sister: Bridget Hoover of Prestonsburg, KY and a special friend: Dianna Lawson. Brenda will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
