Born to William and Melissa Fedelia Baker Carl. Sister to Roy A., Maxine Carl Bumgardner and Francis Carl.

Cora was my grandmother, she went by Belle. She was married to Lewis Edward Cook and had three son's...Harry, Charles, Clarence and one daughter, Margaret, who passed at a young age. She was a school teacher for most of her life and loved children of all ages. Edward died in 1934 she then married John Meitler, whom I knew as my grandfather. They lived in Fort Collins, CO until Grandma died. She had to have a breast removed due to cancer but the cancer returned leading to her death.

I have alot of childhood memories going to Grandma's house for Sunday dinner as we lived in Denver and was only an hour away. She always had the neatest house and so many old things to look at, she loved to cook and garden. The funniest thing I can remember about her was when she would come home from the beauty shop and she would be so mad after she had a perm because they put too much blueing in her hair. For as long as I can remeber she was this sweet little old blue haired lady that loved to play Dominos and Canasta.

**Her stone states her last name as Cook but at the time of her death she was a Meitler.
