Charles Otto Bell was born 02 Dec 1872 in Camden County, MO, the son of David M. Bell (aka Richard Brady) and America Jane Estep Bell. C.O. (Cob) died 13 Jul 1951 in Rusk, Cherokee County, TX while visiting with his daughter.
It was recently discovered that Charles Otto Bell was first married to Edna Mae Cullen after1890. They had two children Vane Otto and Gladys Bell. Edna Mae died after 1895 but before 1900. I cannot find exactly when or where she died nor where she is buried.
Charles Otto then married Virginia Ellen Hayter, probably around 1900.
