She married Paul Jacobi on November 27, 1992. Audrey spent the majority of her working life at the Sheboygan Casket Co. and then the Muth Co. and Dutch Crust Bakery. Upon retiring from factory work, she spent many years as a caretaker for the elderly. She was known as a hard worker by all that knew her.
Audrey is survived by her husband Paul Jacobi and by Graysen Seforth, thought of and loved as her grandson. She is also survived by six siblings Gail (Brad) Bert, Sandra Strickland, Wayne (Michelle) Lesperance, Debra Hoffman, Carol (Rick) Mock and Richard Lesperance; one brother-in-law Frederick (Roseanne) Jacobi; one aunt Vernetta (Glen) Damrow; and many nieces and nephews. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents; two sons Dusty Poison and David Poison; two sisters Sharon Bolle and Joanne Lesperance; and three brothers John Lesperance, Eugene Lesperance and Roy Lesperance. Audrey was known for her love of family and friends and enjoyed sharing time with all.
The family would like to thank all the caregivers at both Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice and Sunny Ridge Nursing Center, who watched over Audrey.
A memorial service will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church, 2132 N. 27th St., Sheboygan on May 3, 2023. Visitation is from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. with a service to immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for a memorial fund that will be established in Audrey's name, going to the Parkinson's Foundation for research and to Calvary Lutheran Church.
