"Mattie Hazel (Hall) Wykoff, daughter of Millard Filmore and Laura B. (Bunch) Hall, was born near North Salem on July 30, 1895, and died July 20, 1951, at the home of her Mother, Mrs Laura Brown, in Browning, Mo. She married Louis Oren Wykoff on August 28, 1912. He survives of the home. Also surviving are a son, Afton Wykoff; her mother; a sister, Viola E. Jones of Browning; two half-sisters and a half-brother, Mrs. Simon Head of Linneus, Mo., Laura Peavler of St Louis, and Will Hall of Barnard, Mo.; nieces, Mrs. Allen Hopper of Tucson, Ariz., and Mrs. Max Helms of Browning, and three nephews in the U.S. Navy, H.C., Herman B. and John Keith Jones."
