Services for Kile C. Cannon, 85, of Maxville will be held at 3 pm Friday in the Longbranch Baptist Church, Jimmy Dobbs officiating, assisted by the Rev. Jim Cox. Interment will be in Longbranch Cemetery. Mr. Cannon attended the Congregational Holiness Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Kile C Cannon; three daughters, Mrs. Virginia Cannady, Mrs. Beatrice Hargroves and Mrs. Hazel Wilkinson; two sons, N. L. Cannon and Earl L. Cannon, all of Maxville; a sister, Mrs. Stella Wilkerson, of Lawtey, 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be: Buford Higginbotham, Jack Wilkinson, Oscar Harris, Doss Higginbotham, Ernest Wellhousen and D. J. Parrish. The body will rest at the residence from 9 a.m. Friday until 2 pm Friday when the funeral cortege will leave for the church. Arrangments by Westberry Griffis Rivermead Funeral Home, Orange Park.
