William "Chief" James Missi was born on April 10th, 1967 to Cletus and Donna Missi. He went to be with the Lord August 9th, 2023 at the age of 56.

Chief was born in Sacramento, California where he spent nine years of his life before moving to Penryn, California. He attended Del Oro High School. Chief spent his early years in DeFuniak Springs and Ponce De Leon, Florida where he had his two boys Adam and Jake.

Chief spent time at Teen Challenge; a Christian Faith Based Rehabilitation Center where he found his Faith with God. Chief entered as a resident and ended as an employee helping youth.

Chief enjoyed movies, music and sports of all kinds. He would watch movies like The God Father with his son Adam. He would listen to music on YouTube and sing Karaoke with his son Jake. Chief passed down his love for boxing to his grandson, Westin. He spent many weekends in his last few years having sleep overs with Gavin and Eren always coming in hands full of snacks and ready to play and watch movies. He watched football and baseball with his sister, Linda.

Chief was proceeded in death by his parents; Cletus and Donna Missi.

Left to cherish his memories are his sons; Adam (Brittany) Missi, Jake (Kat) Missi. Grandchildren; Gavin, Westin, and Eren. Sisters; Patricia (Floyd) House, Thelma Danckert, Marsha Fulton, and Linda Hart.
