TORRINGTON - Albert F. Barshaw. Jr., 63, of 435 Winthrop St., died Wednesday, Jan. 25, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital.
Mr. Barshaw was born Feb. 7, 1942, in Torrington, son of the late Albert F. and Ruth M. (Kulbarsh) Barshaw Sr. He worked at the Torrington Co. for over 40 years, retiring in 2004. He was a member of the Burrville Volunteer Fire Department. His hobbies included hunting and fishing.
He leaves a son, Matthew Barshaw; a daughter, Kelli Barshaw, both of Tenessee; a sister, Lorraine Losee of Torrington; and three grandchildren.
Arrangements: Mass 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis Church. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. Calling hour 9:30 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Gleeson Mortuary, 258 Prospect St.
