Edward P. Bertram, Former County Resident, Dies
Word was received the past week by Mr. and Mrs. Guy Robertson Seymour R4 of the death of Edward P. Bertram, who was a former resident of Seymour. Mr. Bertram died August 12 at Fort Supply, Oklahoma, and was buried in Flower Mound cemetery, Lawtorr. Okla. following Mass in the Church of the Blessed Sacrament.
Born in Seymour August 8, 1881. he moved to Oklahoma in 1906. In 1936 he moved to California but returned to Lawton in 1950 where he operated a tourist court at Lake Texoma until last year when he entered a hospital.
He is survived bv a daughter Mrs. Robert L. Wheeler, a brother. Ben Bertram and a sister. Miss Bertha Bertram: six grandchildren and one great, grandchild, all of Lawton.
