Harvey was born in Los Angeles, California on June 7, 1955, to Orville and Allie (Conner) Williams. He married Pam (McKandless) Williams on December 27, 1975, in Energy, Texas.
Harvey was a member of the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church in Stephenville, Texas. He worked as a dairy farmer for many years. Twenty-one years after he graduated from high school; he decided to pursue a bachelor's degree and became an employee of the state of Texas as a Sales Tax Auditor. Harvey was very handy. He loved music and wood working, but most of all he loved his grandkids and family.
Survivors include wife Pam Williams of Stephenville, Texas; his children Krystle Alfieri and husband Tom of San Antonio, Texas, Brittney Logue and husband Sam of Weatherford, Texas; his first set of children Alisha Kelley of New Braunfels, Texas, Sharmyn Lowery of Weatherford, Texas and Johnny Williams of Cleburne, Texas; grandchildren Mallie, Madelynn, Milena, Callahan, and Maise; sister Janice Ayers of Stephenville, Texas; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Orville and Allie Williams; three brothers Jack, Jim, and Johnny Williams; one brother-in-law Gil Ayers.
