Ricky P. Bodiford, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at his home in Port Allen, at the age of 75. He was a native of Selmer, Tennessee and resident of Port Allen. Ricky was an Army Veteran and retired auto parts salesman. Visitation will be at Wilbert Funeral Home in Port Allen on Friday, August 18th, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. A private burial will be held at Erwinville Baptist Church Cemetery. Ricky is survived by his wife of 54 years, Andrea Thibodeaux Bodiford; two sons, Christopher Nolan Bodiford and wife Carrie, Robbie Bodiford and Melissia; sister, Sandra Burcham and husband Robert; five grandchildren, Megan Bodiford Phillips, Tristen Bodiford, Cody Webre, Gabriel Bodiford (Gabby DiCapo), and Abbie Nicole Bodiford; two great-grandchildren, Reece Phillips and Jensen Webre. Ricky was preceded in death by his daughter, Vanessa Bodiford Webre; parents, Edward and Dorothy Hines Bodiford; three brothers, Eldon, Robby and Larry Bodiford; sister, Paulette Guest.
