Flo Scheid, age 97, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Norwich Springs Health Campus. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy Marshall and Florence M. "Gro" Hopkins, her first husband, Ralph W. Petit, her second husband, Jerry Scheid, daughter, Peggy J. (Jay) Gantzer, brother, Jerry (Pat) Hopkins, and sister-in-law, Red Hopkins.

Flo was Valedictorian of her Doylestown High School graduating class something she was very proud of. She went on to work for the State of Ohio for 30 years before retiring and then coming back to work for them for another 10 years as a Consultant. Flo was a member of the Grove City Noon Lions Club, a former member of Trinity United Methodist Church and current member of West Jefferson United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling the world with her family and friends, going to Hollywood Casino, or just to lunch with her friends and family. Flo was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and enjoyed rooting her Buckeyes on to victory.
