Born January 1, 1930 in Stanly County, NC she was the daughter of the late Walter Ramon Talbert and Zula Fink Talbert. She was a graduate of New London High School and retired from Wiscassett Mills Company. She was a member of Palestine United Methodist Church where she served as the former organist. After retirement she volunteered with Stanly Regional Medical Center and with the Center of Hope.
Mrs. Cagle is survived by two sons, Ronnie Lynn Cagle of Albemarle and James "Jamie" Adam Cagle (Robi) of Albemarle and a daughter Tina Diana Cagle of Albemarle, as well as a brother Roy Talbert (Gale) of Indian Trail, NC, and two grandchildren Jason Paul Cagle of New London and Tracy Lynn Cagle of Concord. She was preceded in death by her husband James A. Cagle, a son Charles R. Cagle and her twin sister Eula Talbert Davis.
