Tumlinson Berneice Herron, 76, of Wolf Lake, died Sunday at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was born Jan. 5, 1906 in Hale, Mich. to Frank B. and Rhena (Hile) Marker. Her first husband, Carl Herron, died Oct. 11, 1956. Her second husband, Latta Tumlinson, died in 1979. She had been a lifetime Albion-Wolf Lake area resident and was a member of the Wolf Lake Seventh Day Adventist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Joan Meyers of Huntington; 4 stepdaughters, Mrs. Al Steffe of Wolcottville, Mrs. Phil Hurley of R. 8, Columbia City, Mrs. William Harrison, R. 6, Fort Wayne, and Mrs. Keith McClure of Elkhart; a stepson, David Tumlinson of Oakwood, Ohio; 2 brothers, Franklin and Derwood of R. 8, Columbia City; 9 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Services Tuesday at Hollingsworth Chapel, Columbia City. Burial, Christian Chapel Cemetery. + 8-15-1982
