Viola passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord at home surrounded by her husband of 56 years and two daughters. She was born to Charles and Louisa Patterson in Lockwood, CA.

Viola attended Lockwood School, graduated from Gilroy High School, class of 1941, and attended Salinas Jr. College in 1942. She was a member of Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society. She worked for 20 years as a grocery clerk and 5 years at the Visiting Nurses Association. She loved camping and traveling, spending time with her grandchildren and working in her garden.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Fellows and two loving daughters, Debbie Voyles of Gilroy and Dawn Gandolfi of Santa Cruz. She leaves behind three precious grandchildren, Kierstyn Voyles, Colton Voyles of Gilroy and Kirk Gandolfi, Jr. of Santa Cruz.

Services were held at Benito & Azzaro Pacific Gardens Chapel, in Santa Cruz, CA on Saturday, April 5, 2008. Graveside services held April 5, 2008, at Paulsen Cemetery in Lockwood, CA. Services provided by: Benito & Azzaro Pacific Gardens Chapel.
