Predeceased by her parents Retta and Thomas Duffy, her husband William Albert Dunn (1985), her sister Betty Spies (2000) and her long time and best friend, George E. Lackie (2007). Survived by her daughter Lauri Chomitz-Spon and her husband Roland Spon and her favourite grandchild ("Nana, I am your only grandchild!") Carmichael Public School, a past member of the Granite Club, volunteer and the Clay and Glass Gallery, the Arthritis Society and the Quilt Gallery of St. Jacobs, Ontario.

A devoted member of Grace Lutheran Church and the Ladies of Grace Group, both in Kitchener and in Naples, Florida. Margaret was an avid bridge player and belonged to numerous bridge clubs. "The time has come, the walrus said" for me to let you go. I love you Mom. You were the best mother I could have asked for, you were not only my mother but you were my best friend, my confident and my mentor and I let you go now knowing that you had the best time on this earth that you could have asked for and you will be greatly received in Heaven.

Margaret's family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 from 4-4:45 pm at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
