Elling, Albert J.

Albert was the son of John and Catherine Elling of Sharpsburg. They had 7 known children, and possibly 2 others that only appear on some family charts.

Albert was the 5 out of the possible 9 children, born in Sharpsburg and married to Ilse Teressa Heinl.

He died in Neville Island Township at age 45 of a coronary occlusion. He was interred on April 2, 1940.

Born on March 12, 1885 according to information given for the death certificate. His mother’s maiden name was Katherine Statler and both his parent’s were born in Germany.

He worked as a roll twiner at the Lewis Foundry.

He died in Neville Township at #225 Von Stein Lane of a coronary occlusion.

Buried on April 2, 1940 from the funeral home of JM Cormour in Coraopolis.
