According to the 1910 Cencus records, the mother of Alice Mikell Thornton (my
great-great grandmother) is Mary A. Mikell. You have her mother listed as
Harriet. She is listed as the mother-in-law of the head of household, Frank H.
Thornton (my great-great grandfather). In the 1910 Census she is listed as
widowed. I believe her maiden name was Mary Ann Green, but perhaps her full
name was Mary Ann Harriet Green.

The daughter of Robert and Harriett Mikell. The wife of Frank H. Thornton (son of William Manning Thornton and Martha Ann Anderson). The mother of: Miranda M; James C; John F; Elvira; Jewell; Joseph; Pearlie Mae; Dock; Felton; Clinton B; Arvil C.
