From her death notice in the Norwich Courier, 27 October 1824, Page 206:
"At Griswold, on the 6th inst. Mrs. Catharine Philips, wife of Capt. Thomas Philips, aged 53."

From Ancestors of Adelbert B. Thayer, Florine Thayer McCray, George Burton Thayer by George Burton Thayer, Comp., Hartford, 1894, page 65:
"Catherine Johnson, daughter of Ebenezer and Elizabeth (Tingley) Johnson, was born at Coventry, R.I. in 1771, and married Thomas Phillips, son of James Phillips, of Coventry, in 1788. ... She died at Jewett City, Conn., where she was buried."

It is very likely she was buried at the Jewett City Cemetery, because the Hale Collection of Cemetery Inscriptions notes the cemetery has ten rows of field stones without any inscriptions.
