The son of Alfred and Hazel Elizabeth (Major) Marcott, Neil married Deanna Mae Huntoon in Gardner, Massachusetts. They had 1 son, Neil Francis Jr, born 23 Dec 1958 and died in 2017.
Neil died in a motorcycle accident near his home.
