Services for John Klemmer, 65, of 1432 Cotton St., who died Tuesday night in Reading Hospital, where he was a patient two days, will be held Friday at 1 p.m.
The Rev. J. Patrick Brock will officiate in the J. E. Lutz Jr. Funeral, Mount Penn. Burial will be made in Pleasant View Cemetery, Spring Township.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late William and Nora (Vansickle) Klemmer.
Mr. Klemmer was employed as a grinder by Empire Steel Castings Corp., Muhlenberg Township.
Surviving is his widow, Helen W. (Spohn) Klemmer; four daughters: Dolores J., wife of Raymond Kline; Mary Jane, wife of Charles Caruso; Linda A., wife of Stephan Steranko, and Miriam M. Klemmer, all of Reading.
Two sons, Gary Lee, Reading and Paul H., Long Beach Calif.; eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
A sister, Amanda, widow of James Schwambach, Reading; and four brothers: George, James and Edward, all of Reading, and Warren of Mount Penn.
