Daughter of Trenton Elmore Samuel and Elizabeth "Bettie" Frances Coleman. In 1866 she married, in Orange County, Littleton Luther Coleman. She is last seen in June 1900 living in Taylor township.

Her children; Elizabeth "Betty" Byrd Coleman born 1868 married Alfred Pendleton Brockman 1861-1920. They had two children; William Alfred Brockman 1888-1972 and Maude Alene Brockman Mills 1891-1977.
Stanard W. Coleman 1873. Reuben James Edmund Coleman 1876-1947. Addie Cornelia Coleman Lanford 1881-1947 married John Williams Lanford.

There is no death certificate, death date is a guess as her husband was widower in 1910 census.
