Reva had a warm and caring heart, and her life was filled with love for her family and friends. She was widowed by her loving husband, Earl Baker, on June 15, 2016, and together they shared a beautiful journey. Reva cherished the memories they created and kept his spirit alive in her heart.
In her earlier years, Reva graduated from Austin High School and went on to become a devoted homemaker. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, from reading books and sewing to nurturing her beloved garden. Reva also found solace in fishing and adored her loyal Boston Terrier named "Boston", until his passing. Additionally, she took great delight in getting her hair & nails done, finding happiness in life's small indulgences.
Reva's legacy lives on through her two loving daughters, Jennifer (Brandon White) Snow of Seymour, IN and Corrine (Timothy) Mills of Crothersville, IN. She also leaves behind her cherished grandson, Ethan Hall, who brought immense joy to her life, brother, John Blankenship of Lexington, IN, nieces & nephews, Eric Blankenship, Shawn (Amy) Blankenship, Kelly (Dale) Blankenship, Christopher Blankenship, and sister-in-law, Evelyn Kay Blankenship of Austin, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Susie (Robinson) Blankenship, her beloved son, Earl Kevin Baker, and her brother, James Blankenship.
A funeral service to honor and celebrate Reva's life will be conducted by Pastor Matt Craig at Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory in Crothersville, IN, on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at 2:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to visit and pay their respects on the same day, from Noon until 2:00 PM, also at Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory.
Cremation has been entrusted to Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory.
