Ann Kuchinski, 74, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 1, 1995, while visiting her daughter in California.

Born in Akron, she was an area resident most of her life. She was a member of the Nativity of the Lord Jesus Catholic Church and the Pilsudski Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor, in 1994; sons, Richard Sladek in 1990 and Alex Soltas in 1993; and sister, Olga (Dolly) Gula in 1994.

She is survived by two children; brother, Steve (Jean) Panasek of Doylestown; sisters, Julia Shufelt and Helen Ciriano, both of Akron; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; plus numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wed. 9:15 a.m. in Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Funeral Home and at the Nativity of the Lord Jesus Catholic Church at 10. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery.
