Thanks to some very helpful historians out there I found him.
The Carnegie Library was very helpful and the source for finding his death as registered in the Registration of Deaths for Allegheny.

He died of Typhoid Fever.

His name was spelled Joslen, Joslin and Joslyn. He went by Bert but was referred to as Albert and Bertrand.

He was married to Emma Williamson on April 3, 1884 in Bennington, Wyoming, New York.

Bert and Emma had two children: Walter P. and Mamie E. Joslyn Thrasher (Guy)

I have been unable to locate an obituary.
