Helen Cheeley Berry, age 65, of Demorest, GA passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016.
Mrs. Berry was born January 31, 1951 in Atlanta, GA. She was a 1969 graduate of Buford High School. She attended Troy University in Troy, Alabama and was a retired accountant.
She was preceded in death by her father, W.E."Bill" Cheeley, and mother, Margie Perkins;
daughter, Jennifer Lee Berry; brother, Billy Cheeley.
She is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Robert (Bobby) Berry, Demorest, GA; 3 children,
ten grandchildren; 1 sister; a brother and sister-in-law; an aunt; and special pets, Beau and Belle.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, Cornelia, GA. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Gossett officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA. The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 19, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Monday, June 20, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
