She lived in Baxter since 1984, moving from Quapaw, OK., married Denny Clark on 7-19-1985 in Picher, OK. He survives of the home. Also survived by 2 brothers Chad and Brad Abernathy and one aunt Jeanette Crockett and one uncle Gene Crockett. Shelly was preceded in death by her mother JoAnn Abernathy. Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Picher, OK. Burial is in Greenlawn Cemetery in Cherokee County, Kansas.
