Bethel No. One--Mrs. J.S. Moore, aged 60, died at her home here Saturday morning after a week's illness of pneumonia. Mrs. Moore had made her home here for sixteen years, coming to this county from Illinois. Mrs. Moore was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church and was held in high esteem by all.
Funeral services were conducted at Bethel Sunday afternoon by the Rev. J.E. Ratliff. Interment was made in Moore's Church Cemetery.
Besides her husband, she leaves one son, Jess T. Bitner of Corpus Christi, Texas, and one daughter, Mrs. Ella Shauffer, of Greenwich, Ill.
