She was born Debra Deann Weigel on Nov. 7, 1951 in Salem, and lived in Gresham, Portland, Oregon City and most recently in Yuma, Ariz.

She was employed as a carpenter in the Portland shipyards and did secretarial work in general business.

She is survived by: daughters, Brooke Cross, Jennifer Martell and Nicole Moehnke; parents, Dan and Shirley Weigel; sisters, Brenda Barr, Kim Morales, Helen Gentry and Sharlene Muller; brothers, Rick Weigel, Ron Weigel and Robert Weigel; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by first husband, Rick Stout; second husband, Glen Grand; daughter, Michelle Stout; brother, Randy Weigel; and granddaughter, Isabell Martell.

A Celebration of Life was held on Jan. 19, 2008, in Oregon City.

Remembrances may be sent to Willamette Falls Hospice or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
