Mrs. Conrad K. Berg, 328 Huron St., New Hamburg, died on Wednesday of last week at her home. Mrs. Berg was 64 years of age.
Born in New Hamburg, she was active in the community. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Lutheran Church Women, Nith Valley Order of the Eastern Star, the New Hamburg Women's Institute and the New Hamburg Lawn Bowling Club.
The former Emma May Otto, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Otto and had lived in New Hamburg most of her life.
Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Audrey) Bowman, Sault Ste. Mane, Ont., and Mrs. Gordon (Marian) Hohner, Kitchener; two sisters, Mrs. Milton (Gertrude) Koch, RR 1, Gadshill, and Mrs. Martin (Betty) Wylie Oakville; and three grandchildren.
Funeral service was conducted at Trinity Lutheran Church on Saturday, Rev. Norman Keffer officiating. Burial took place in Riverside cemetery.
The Nith Valley Order of the Eastern Star conducted a memorial service at the Bruce J. Omand Funeral Home.
