Rites Held Saturday for Ada Markle
Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Markle, 74, of Oak Ridge Road were conducted by the Rev. F. Carl Truex Saturday afternoon in the Martin Funeral Home. Ill three weeks, Mrs. Markle died Thursday in a local hospital.
Pallbearers were R. V. Smith, E. C. Simmons, Milo Brown, David McRae, Dan Thornton, and E. M. Craft. Organ selections were played by Eleanor Turney.
Surviving Mrs. Markle are her husband, Harry P. Markle; four sons and daughters, Elbert and Edmund Myers of Paradise, Anna Clark of Chico and Dixie Caldwell of Stockton, and a sister, Ella Conner of Sacramento. Interment was in Park View Cemetery.
