Rick was born on July 18, 1958, to the late Richard "Dickie" and Elizabeth Burnette. He worked in the car business in the Kanawha Valley for many years. Rick enjoyed NASCAR, playing the guitar, and Sunday dinners.
Along with his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his daughter, Kelli Jo, and sisters, Becky Young and Cindy Burnette.
Rick is survived by his brother, Jeff (Amy) Burnette; special great nephew, Isaiah Young; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews, and his beloved dog, Samantha.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
