She was united in marriage to Sam Lees, at Galva, IL, in 1881. Two children were born to this union, Jessie M. Lees and Benjamin H. Lees.
She is survived by the two named children, two grandchildren, two sisters and one brother.
Funeral services were held in Oregon Saturday August 5, at the Pettijohn Funeral Parlor, conducted by the Rev. Albert Martin. Burial was in the Forest City Cemetery.
